Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before your event for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a deposit refund. Any changes to the booking date or time must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
